Come experience the iconic, world-famous Smith Tower Observatory with its historic Otis elevators, stunning 360-degree views of Seattle, and open-air viewing deck.

In 1914, Smith Tower became the first skyscraper in Seattle and the tallest building west of the Mississippi River. For more than one hundred years, it has remained a cultural icon of the city, offering breathtaking panoramic views and spectacular architectural beauty. In 2015, Unico Properties LLC purchased Smith Tower and revitalized the acclaimed landmark for tenants, tourists, and visitors alike. Today it features an entirely reimagined visitor experience including a ground-floor gathering place with gifts, souvenirs and treats, historical exhibits telling tales through time, and a renovated Observatory with an open-air observation deck and a speakeasy-style bar where we can enjoy a locally inspired menu of shareable plates and classic cocktails.

For each group a Smith Tower tour specialist will give a brief introduction then you will be able to do a self-guided tour through the exhibits. These exhibits include both visual and audio components. Once you have finished the self-guided tour you can head over to the historic elevators which will whisk you away to the Observatory for our happy hour!

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Admission and small bites are included with registration!
