Allison Raduziner has over spent 30 years as a business development professional with in-depth knowledge in the A/E/C industry and professional services. As the owner of Pilchuck Business Consulting, she focuses on helping firms and groups assess their BD goals, and then strategically identify, prioritize and implement plans aimed at achieving specified objectives. She has developed processes/systems that are easy to follow and repeatable so that her clients can focus on theirs. She also provides them with staff training on business development techniques that align with their interests and abilities.

Allison built her niche through lessons learned from an array of lifetime experiences -- from wide-ranging aquatics skills in scuba diving, synchronized swimming, and water safety instructing, to developing acumen in human resources interview techniques as an UNLV certified HR Specialist, to engaging in disaster communications.

Allison has worked with top companies locally and nationally, guiding them towards steady, predictable growth while minimizing the impact of economic downturns and becoming leaders in their communities.
