Are you looking to raise the bar when it comes to your professional development? Look no further: SMPS Seattle’s MULTIPLY program offers AEC marketers, brand and corporate communicators, and business developers opportunities to learn from one another in unique mentor/mentee pairings. Whether you’re new to the industry or have been a part of SMPS for decades, your expertise and perspectives are valuable and should be shared with others. MULTIPLY is a fantastic way to grow your professional network and share your unique skillset with others.

MULTIPLY is a year-long program designed to support SMPS Seattle members’ personal growth and professional development. This popular mentorship program has evolved over the years to support learning as a two-way street: mentors often learn as much from mentees as mentees learn from mentors. We want to celebrate this continuing learning process through right-sized pairings between AEC marketers, brand and corporate communicators, and business developers with a mix of experiences, seniority levels, strengths, curiosities, and passions.

MULTIPLY participants are encouraged to meet with one another monthly to explore and establish goals for career trajectories, work through any professional challenges, and gain inspiration to grow in their roles. MULTIPLY participants can customize their experiences and design a mentorship approach that fits into their busy schedules and keeps them accountable to themselves and one another.

MULTIPLY participants have opportunities to gain priceless industry knowledge, understand the inner workings of marketing, brand and corporate communication, and business development, and reach personal and professional development goals. They will also sharpen their teaching and leadership skills while sharing their unique perspectives and expertise with others.

MULTIPLY is back for 2026! If you are interested in giving back to SMPS Seattle as a mentor or advancing your career and skillsets as a mentee, then MULTIPLY is for you! See links below to our Mentor and Mentee application pages (don’t worry, they are short!). Want to give back but still have more growing in your own career? Then be a mentor and a mentee! (you must fill out both applications in this instance). Applications are due by December 12, so don’t delay!
